Group Poker Coaching

As some of you may or may not know, I’m shelving my 1on1 coaching program for awhile and opening up two group coaching programs (4 students in each group, NLHE with a HU and 6max focus).  There are a few spots left.  The groups are based out of the idea that mutual group learning is the best way to get better, and when it’s moderated through a coaching program that type of teaching can’t be beat.  I’m very interested in assembling two distinct groups of poker players with similar goals and a work ethic to get better.

The plan is to start the groups on Friday, November 13.  I’d ideally like to run a 10AM EST group and a 5PM EST group (times are currently flexible).  Each session will go for two hours each, every Friday (consistency is crucial), and the lessons and sweat sessions will be supplemented by group discussion and analysis (moderated by me on a nondaily but regular basis) each week.  Once the times are set in stone and all applicants have committed I’m planning on picking the groups and emailing each group the details/begin the process of getting to know one another.

If you’re interested, I’m charging $500/hr via PayPal in $4k monthly payments (I will run the first two groups up through the holidays, after which we will revisit the group and individual goals and continue through 2010). The ideal candidates would be mid or high stakes pros looking to set some goals and get better together over time with a few other like-minded people.

So if you want to be a part of this, send me an email (krantz@deucescracked.com) with a little bit about yourself, the stakes you play and what you’re looking for out of coaching. Also, include if you prefer the morning or evening group. I’ll be sorting the two groups so likeminded ppl and/or friends will be together.

GL and run good,

Jay

PS Happy Halloween!!! I am dressing as a giant pink pig.  MOOOO.
