1- John “j-mac” McNamara is back in NY and started a blog on DC. For those who don’t know him, John is a really awesome writer (I think this blog could go down as one of the best blogs to come out of poker on the Internet, no hype) and was Emil and my roommate for awhile when our poker careers took off from 5/10 – 25/50 grinders to nosebleed players. 2- Modern Family – funniest show on TV right now IMO, and it’s on ABC. Ed O’Neill in prob his best role ever since Married with Children, and Manny fkin Delgado: 
3- A friend of dangerlion!, G Scott Corey, is showing his artwork tonight from 8:30-11:30pm at Webster Hall (125 E. 11th st. (btw 3rd & 4th aves)) in the East Village. Complimentary vodka bar from 9-10pm, if anyone is in NYC and likes art, just mention the name G Scott Corey and the name of the event (Art of Fashion) to get in for free. I’d be going to this but I’ll be in Vegas, so yah – if you’re in NY and bored and fancy an art show, booyah. Here’s some of his artwork:
